When Is The Best Time to Activate or Terminate Utilities

The best time to schedule utilities to activate is ideally 2-3 days before your move in date.

It's advisable to schedule utilities to terminate by the end of day on closing day to give the buyer adequate time to perform their walk-thru. However always check with your real estate agent.
